HR Intern - HR Department
We are looking for an intern to join our HR Department.
In Dumarey Automotive Italia our HR Team autonomously cover all HR areas, making the internship experience a great opportunity to gain knowledge in this field.
The intern that will join us will mainly focus on the following activities
Tasks:
- HR Data Analytics and Reporting: use the available data to create reports and dashboards that support data driven decisions.
- Support the function in digitalization process, moving towards the dematerialization and automation of HR processes.
- Recruiting activities (support on the interview process, contact with recruiting provider, interviews organization, update of the feedback database).
- Administration activities (e.g. verification/archiving/drafting of documentation).
- Cross-functional support to the HR team, in order to gain a better understanding of the HR environment (support in recruiting activities, support to definition and update of HR policies and processes...).
- The ideal candidate will have the following skills and requirements.
Knowledge and skills:
- Degree (or graduating) in Management Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- English proficiency.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactivity, flexibility, fast learning and problem solving skills.
- Willing to learn new tools and processes.
Internship Type: We are open to consider both curricular/thesis project and post-graduate interns.
Programmed length of the internship: 6 months
Monthly gross reimbursement: 600-800-1100€ per month (depending on type of internship)
