Title Software Engineer – Software Integration Engineer

The Tasks

The candidate will be responsible to produce final software for a specific embedded controller (Engine Control Unit, Vehicle Control Unit…).

He/she will be able to assume the following activities:

• Integrate and build software for controller system releases
• Controller supplier software interface (if applicable)
• Assist development of software content and software anomaly corrections
• Integration and verification testing of an integrated software build
• Prepare software for production release
• Support collection and suggest improvements to micro controller resources for a given software build (Memory usage, throughput, run time execution)
• Oversee bench and instrumentation issues
• Attend global forum in order to share best practice

Main Skills needed for the job

• Degree in Electronic or Computer science
• Expert C language development
• Experience of advanced electronic tools and instrumentation, such as static/dynamic simulators
• Knowledge in Embedded software development
• Knowledge in Microcontroller architecture and debugger tool (Trace 32)
• Self-organization and stretch on targets
• Strength in problem solving, communication and team working
• Fluent English both written and spoken
